Due to the limited inventory and rarity of many of the crystals & jewelry, majority of our gemz will be final sale (it will be specified at the right side of the description on the product page. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to correct it in a timely manner. Happy customers makes for happy gemz!

When will my order ship?
Please allow a processing time of 3-5 business days from the time of placing your order for crystals & supplies to ship. Please allow 7-14 business days for all jewelry orders, as most are handmade to order. We will contact you if we anticipate a major delay in the order :)

*For all International orders, the cost of shipping will vary depending on where we are shipping to, what is being shipped and how quickly you wish to receive your package.

*Prolifik Gemz does not ship on Sunday or Major Holidays
Canceling Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@prolifikgemz.com within 24hrs of your order being placed. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and as accurately as possible, we are sometimes unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us if the order has already shipped out.
